The following terms and conditions apply to all corporates and or individual or other entities (“you”) that are attending the programme (“programme”) organised by Global Testing Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“we” or “us”). Please ensure you have read and understand the following:

PROGRAMME FEE

• Fee is payable to GLOBAL TESTING SERVICES (M) SDN BHD
• The fee includes of course materials and/or lunch and/or tea breaks.
• Full payment shall be made within seven (7) days from the date of the Invoice or 1 day before the programme, whichever earlier.
• Admittance to the programme shall be granted only upon full payment as per the above requirement.

PAYMENT MODE

Payment can be made through the electronic fund transfer (EFT) and cheque.

CANCELLATION

Should the participant decide to cancel his/her enrolment, a cancellation policy shall be applied as follows:

• For written cancellation received with minimum seven (7) days’ notice from the date of the programme, no penalties will be imposed, and full refund will be made to participants who have paid.
• For written cancellation received less than seven (7) days from the date of the programme, an administrative charge of 20% of the registration fee will be imposed. Unpaid registrations will also be liable for a 20% administrative charge.
• No refunds will be made for written cancellations received on the day of the programme or for participants who failed to join the programme. Unpaid registrations will also be liable for full payment of the registration fee.
• Corporate/Individual is required to provide the EFT form each time when a refund is requested.

VERIFICATION OF ATTENDANCE

All participants are required to present photo identification (NRIC, driving licence or company’s ID card) at the point of registration prior to signing the registration list when attending the programme. Admittance may be denied upon failure to present photo identification.

For participants registered as students, a student ID or card are required to present together with the NRIC/driving license at the point of registration prior to signing the registration list when attending the programme. Admittance may be denied upon failure to present both.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

Upon full attendance of the programme, participants will be issued a certificate for day 2 & 3.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING

We may wish to photograph or film the programme and reserve the right to do so for the purposes of promoting future programme or otherwise. You consent to us (or any other person attending the programme) photographing or filming you and any persons attending the programme with you. You may not photograph or video the programme without our prior consent.

PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED, MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

If you are physically challenged or have any medical condition that requires us to make special arrangements for you or any special dietary requirements, please email us at training@gtsmalaysia.com.my 1 week prior to the date of the programme.

COPYRIGHT

The materials of the programme shall not be disclosed or used in any manner, either wholly or partially against any other parties and/or used in any manner, either wholly or partially as a defence by you and/or any other parties under any circumstances. The participants are therefore prohibited from reproducing any materials of this programme. All copyright and/or intellectual property rights in any relevant materials produced in this Programme will remain with the party who produced such materials. GTS disclaims responsibility for the materials of this programme. Neither the GTS, nor its staff shall be responsible or liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising in any way out of or in connection with any persons relying upon the materials provided during the programme.

DATA PROTECTION

We will communicate with you using the contact details provided on the Registration Form for the purposes of the programme. We shall be entitled to pass on all your contact details to the organisers (if any).

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

This programme shall not constitute an endorsement of the speaker(s) by GTS and GTS shall not be liable for whatsoever circumstances arising from any engagement between the speaker(s) and the programme’s participants.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken by us to ensure security and safety at the programme, we shall not in any way be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you whatsoever in relation to the programme, save that nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to limit the liability of any person for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, any fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability for which it is unlawful to exclude or limit liability.

Our total liability for any matter arising out of the Contract shall in all circumstances be limited to the price paid by you for the programme and we shall not in any circumstances be liable to you for any consequential loss whatsoever.

DISCLAIMER

Global Testing Services (M) Sdn Bhd (GTS) reserves the right to change the speaker(s), date(s), time(s) and to cancel the programme should circumstances beyond its control arise. GTS shall not be responsible for any costs, damages or losses incurred by the participant due to the changes and/or cancellation. GTS also reserves the right to make alternative arrangements without prior notice should it be necessary to do so. Upon registering, you are deemed to have read and accepted the terms and conditions herein.
