SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT AT WORKPLACE
Ensuring safety of everyone involving with us and preventing contamination towards the natural environment have always been our top priority. Our HSE Policy sets out whenever the work is conducted, preventing injury and ill health and preserving the natural environment is an obligation to adhered by every employees of GTS including third-party personnel at our premises. In addition, GTS developed Stop Work Policy to support and enhance the implementation of HSE Policy.
As part of translating the HSE Policy into action, GTS implementing Hazard / Environmental Aspects Identification, Assessment of Risks & Opportunities & Risk Control and Tool box Meeting to be conducted prior to job commencement to achieve Zero Loss Time Injury (LTI) for each project execution. Apart from that, whenever there is an immediate threat to health, safety and environment, GTS employees including clients, supplier and subcontractors have the right to STOP THE WORK to prevent any undesirable condition from happening in the future.
GTS provides related health and safety training to all employees to further strengthen the HSE practices across all GTS premises and client’s facilities as part of the leadership commitment supported and guided by our Managing Director.
